Please note we require a 50% deposit to book.

We require 48 hours notice in advance to cancel. Your deposit will be refunded should you cancel PRIOR to the 48 hours. No shows and cancellations within 48 hours will result in a loss of deposit.

Should JR Adventures need to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option to rebook, or be refunded.

Cold and dangerous weather policy:

Alberta weather can be harsh at times. At -25 degrees celcius we will give you the option to continue with your ride, or rebook/refund. If -30 degrees celcius rolls around, we will cancel and rebook, or refund. Safety of guests, staff and horses are priority.

Should we run into a thunderstorm, prior to your booking, the booking will be either cancelled and refunded, or rebooked to another time and or date.

In the summer months, Alberta can also reach extreme highs. We will cancel and refund or rebook after the weather hits 35 degrees celcius for the safety of everyone involved.
